Terms of Use

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Book4Me service operated by Book4Me. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on notice; changes apply to future renewals.

3. Acceptable use

  • No spam, harassment, deceptive, or unlawful content.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with the service.
  • You must have a lawful basis (including consent where required) to message contacts or call them via WhatsApp, voice, SMS, or email through Book4Me.
  • You must obtain any consents required by applicable law for AI-assisted processing of personal data, call recording, transcription, and automated or AI-generated outbound communications.
  • You must comply with the rules of every integrated provider, including Google, Microsoft, Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform, Twilio, Stripe, Zoom, Resend, OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, and Lovable Cloud.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the service (calendars, contacts, messages, recordings, transcripts, AI prompts and outputs, event content). You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that data so we can operate the service for you and route it to the third-party providers you enable.

5. Third-party integrations

Book4Me relies on the following categories of third-party providers. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and several activate only when you enable a feature or connect an account:

Infrastructure

  • Lovable Cloud / Supabase (data, auth, storage, server functions).
  • Cloudflare (application hosting and edge runtime).

AI services

  • Lovable AI Gateway, Google Gemini, OpenAI (including Whisper for speech-to-text), and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech).

Communications

  • Twilio (voice and SMS), Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform (messaging), and Resend (email).

Calendar & meeting

  • Google (OAuth, Calendar, Meet), Microsoft (OAuth, Outlook, Teams), and Zoom.

Billing

  • Stripe (subscriptions and payments).

You are responsible for connecting and disconnecting these integrations, for keeping your accounts with those providers in good standing, and for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for provider outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or actions those providers take with respect to your account. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; you must review them before relying on them or sending them to third parties.

5a. AI-generated content

AI-generated drafts, summaries, transcripts, and classifications are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. You may not use AI features to produce unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates the rules of any integrated provider. Any message, call, or document you send after an AI assist is your communication for legal and platform-compliance purposes, regardless of how much of it was machine-generated.

5b. Telephony & recording

If you enable the voice agent or any call recording or transcription feature, you are responsible for providing your end-users with any call-recording, AI-assistance, or automated-calling disclosures required by the law that applies to them and to you, and for obtaining consent where required (for example two-party-consent jurisdictions).

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, jeopardize the service, or fail to pay. You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we make no warranty about the accuracy of AI-generated output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Book4Me against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service (including AI, telephony, and messaging features), or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by Book4Me, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll announce material changes in the portal or by email; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
